We booked Steve for a Weddingshoot in Tokyo. He organized a Hair & Makeup artist and also a Driver for the whole day. Steve is a warmhearted, lovley and thoughtful person with a very creative mind. Our contact was via email, he responded very fast and also tried to fullfill our wishes regarding locations and photoideas. He was very flexible, because there was rain on the agreed day and he managed to change the schedule to another day, so that we could make the shooting. The shooting was really awesome, we had much fun with Steve and it wasn't as formal as we thought it be. He also took the nervousitiy from us. The Photos from Steve are unique, because he manages to catch the right moment and also the feelings from the people. So you have this special moment for a lifetime. We don't like his photos, we really love them! They are just so beautiful and we can recommend Steve to everyone.

We were so incredibly lucky and to have found Steve Morin! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary right in the middle of Sakura season and thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to get some professional photographs taken. Steve exceeded all of our expectations. He is an incredible artist with an exceptional eye for a shot. Neither my husband nor myself are at home in front of a camera, and Steve was able to make us both feel relaxed and was able to bring out genuine reactions that reflected our love for one another and our excitement in exploring the beautiful city. Steve also spent the entire time with us, exploring different areas and taking a variety of types of photos. We were absolutely floored when we received the photos-- a) by how fast we received him and b) by the quality of each and every photo. We could not have asked for a better experience and Steve, I cannot thank you enough!!!

Fantastic photographer! I booked Steve on New Year's day 2016 to have several photos taken around the city for approximately 7 hours. He did a wonderful job. We exchanged e-mails prior to meeting to get an understanding of the photos my fiancee and I were looking for (largely candid or "in the moment" shots). Steve did a great job as we took shots in different parts of the city. He's very friendly and came prepared with several lenses (among other items) to make the most of the half-day session. The results were exactly what I was looking for. The turnaround in providing the photos was quick and he provided a black & white set of photos too. Definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a photographer with strong experience, perfect communication, and great results.

We would highly recommend Steve Morin for any of your photographic needs. We traveled to Japan from the Philippines for an engagement (some call it pre-wedding) shoot. Before our trip, my husband researched for English speaking photographers in Japan (well because we can’t speak Japanese) and we found Steve. Steve is very professional. He is fluent in English and he responded promptly to all our queries via email. He also coordinated well with us, and that made us feel very comfortable. Steve is such a skilled photographer. He was able to capture our best moments. On our wedding day, we showed the photos taken by Steve and we actually got a lot of compliments from our friends and family. Overall, it was a great experience for us and we loved working with him.

Steve was so great at bringing our vision to life. We did a fun engagement shoot with him in Tokyo. From the start, he was very responsive to communication and suggested outfits and off-the-beaten track pockets to shoot in Tokyo. Best part is he speaks English and Japanese and has been living in Tokyo for many years. it was the best of both worlds as he understood the aesthetics we were looking for. He was more concerned about getting the right shots that we were happy with than just checking one more client off the list. My fiancee and I visited Tokyo in December 2015, We were looking for an english speaking photographer in Tokyo that could do an engagement/pre-nup shoot with us. Luckily, I was able to find out about Steve online and contacted him about our shoot. Straight from the get go, Steve was very quick to reply and answer all my emails and questions. He was very accommodating and informative throughout our correspondence. On the day of the shoot, he was punctual and came off as a really cool, laid back guy. Btw he's Canadian , and Canadians have a reputation of being very polite and nice. We had a lot of fun going around Tokyo during our shoot and he really took care of us. We even went a little bit over our schedule since the shoot was only supposed to be for 4 hours but we ended up finishing after 5 or 6 hours. We even felt sorry that he had to do our shoot right before New years eve on December 31 but he was really cool about it. The photos turned out so well, everyone back home really complimented us about the photo shoot we had in Japan.

Highly recommended photographer that really listens to clients wants and needs during the shoot and is very prompt in replying to our e-mails. We chose Steve as he can speak English and also is fluent in speaking Nihongo, which helped us a lot while getting our needs for the engagement shoot such as buying the balloons and renting the bike. We enjoyed the shoot as Steve made us comfortable to pose for camera as my fiancé is very camera-shy. I must say that he is a very patient photographer as our shoot took almost 5-6hours and he didn't stop until he gets the perfect pose and timing as our shoot took place in a very busy area (Shibuya crossing & Yoyogi park) so it really took awhile to get the perfect shot. Kudos to you Steve and again thank you so much for making our dream photoshoot into reality :)
